Tues. Judges 16:1-21 :
Today in my Bible reading Samson met a prostitue and had relations with her. The towns people heard about it and had plotted to kill him. Later on they wanted to find out ehat was behind his great strenghth and they used Delilah to find out.I usually find myself flirting with disaster around Christmas time. Some times I will go over to my grandmother house and I will se what she got for my younger cousin for Christmas. My cousin might know what i got and I know what she has and she will tell mw that if I tell her what she got for Christmas she will tell me what I got for Christmas. She will try to reel me in by saying that she will not tell or she will give me something in return, but it never works.

Week 6 : Monday
Mon. Judges 15: 1-20 :
Today in my Bible reading Samson wanted to see his wife but the father would not let him because he theought that he hated her.Samson wanted to go and destroy the Philistines.Mistakes usually do not correct themselves. I know from a previouse life experience. It was about a year ago and i had to right a paper for my English class and i decided to type that time. It did not take me that long but did take me long enough to not want to have to rewrite it. I was on my last paragraph and i decide that i wanted to change my font so i highlited every thing. I found the font that I wanted and just as I was about to hitenter i made a mistake and hit delete. It deleted all of my precious work and I was so sad. Mom came into the room and found me looking sad and asked me what was wrong. I told her what happened and hse showed me how to fix it by pressing controle z. It brought all of my writing back and i was so relieved. With that mistake i was lucky that i could just easily press a key and it would all be back but that is not the case for every mistake.

Week 5: Friday
Fri.:Judges 14:1-20:
Today in my Bible reading Samson saw a woman that the liked so he told his parent to go and get her for him so they could marry. Samaon went with them and a Lion came out of no where and started to roar. Samson ripped him to shreds and killed him. Later on, after he was married to the woman, he say the carcuss of the lion and in it was hiney and bees. He scooped up the honey and he gave some of it to his parents.I usually try tto consider the wisdom of my parents very carfully. When ever I am going through something or I just have a question and they give me advice I take it because chances are they probably went thriugh the same thing when they were younger. I also try to use the wisdom in many ither stuatoins like if a friend or a family member is going through someting similar I will tell them what my parents told me. I do not know if it helps them as much as it helps me, but I do know that if they do use it it will.

Week 5: Thursday
Thurs.: Judges 13: 1-25:
Today in my Bible reading the Isrealites were doing more evil things in the eyes of the Lord so God sent them into the hands of the Palestines for 40 years. A man had a wife who could not have any children and an angel came to her and told her that she was going to have a son. The angel told her not to drinl any wine or eat any thing that was unclean.I think that the part in my life that needs the most dicsipline is my practicing piano. I have kind of gotten bored with piano and I do not really like to practice that much. I usually just do not practive at all and I will wing it when I go to practice. My piano teacher usually gets really frustrated and tells me that I need to practice every day. I am now tempted to try that.

Today in my Bible reading God told Gideon that there were too many men and that he neede to take them down to the river and thin them out. Gideon took them down to the reiver just as God had told him to. God told him to watch how they drank the water and to separate the ones who drank like dogs and the ones who cupped the water in there hands. I think that I need to trust in God more in the troubled area of my llife. Sometimes when trouble strikes I want to take things in to my own hands and I forget that God is always in controlle. I usually try to do things my own way and that never really works out.

The power that Midian had was oppressing them and when they cried out to the Lord he sent them a prphet to explain things to them.I think that there are many examples of obedience in my life. One example is my parents. When ever they tell me something I usually try to do it. If I do not so it they will ounish me by mabey taking away my T.V, Ipod, ets. It also says ine the Bible to honor you mother and father and honering them means to be obedient towards them.

Today in my Bible reading, jael drove a tent peg through Hable's tenple and he died. A man came looking for him and she showed him the dead man.People know that you care about them by the way you treat them. If you do not treat them good they will think that you do not care about their feelings. If you do treat them good they will know that you are a tru friend and they will think of yiu highly. Treat others as you would have them treat you.

Fri. Joshua 24:1-31:
Today in my Bible reading Joshua died at the age of 110. He was buried in the promise land.I think that one way you can get hope from history is by studying it and learning the past. You could see what God did for those people or see how he answered their prayers and trust in him more. You could also study all of the hard things that a person might have gone through and may begoing through the same thing and gain hope through that.

Thurs. Joshua 23-1:16:
Today in my Bible reading Joshua told the people that he was very old and that they have done every thing that God has told them to do. He also told them that it was God who faught in the battles for them.He told them that they would drive the enemies out and that they would take their land. The mais command that wo should follow from Joshua is to be strong. God does not want us to be weak, but strong because we he wants us to know that if we are strong right now we are already strong in him.

Todya in my Bible readinga knig has heard what Joshua did to Aia ad its king and what he did to Joshua and its king.He also heard that Joshua has made peace with the Isrealites and that they are now allies. I know that God is powerful because some og the things that he has done in my life. When I was little he helped my grand mother with financial aids. when I was seven he healed my mother when she was diagnosed. Deffinately right now, he has gives me the desire to want to study more and helps me to keep my grades up.

Today in my bible reading Joshua went to went to Jericho. The king asked him if he was a friend or an enemy. I am very serious about God using me. I want too be used in great way. I want to lead people to Christ throug Jesus usins me.
